The main focus for the newborn sleep packages is education for families. We will cover why sleep is important and tips and tricks to help you survive the newborn stage. At such a young age, it is crucial to set a good foundation to pave the way for your newborn to Get Sleepy With It.
* It is important to mention that there is no formal training at this age as newborns sleep needs vary so much in the first 12 weeks of life.

Personalized Sleep Guide
- Evaluation is done in the form of a paper questionnaire, which is then discussed during the consultation. This comprehensive questionnaire covers your child’s sleep habits, routines and family preferences. You will receive the questionnaire and completion instructions by email 2 days prior to your consultation.
- Consultations are done over the phone/video call or in-home for residents of the Lower Mainland (pending COVID 19 rules) (please ask about travel fees). During the consultation, we will go over newborn basics, sleep and feed routines, and any questions you may have. Most importantly, we will discuss tips and tricks to help your newborn Get Sleepy With It.
- Newborn Sleep Guide is sent via email for you to reference on-demand. It covers a wide range of topics such as safe sleep, feeding, routines and what to expect in the first 12 weeks.
- Follow up calls (15 minutes per call) take place after the baby is born. They are to check in with how things are going and answer questions that have come up since the consultation.
- Follow up emails (Standard/Deluxe packages only) are to be used between calls as a quick check-in. Email responses will be sent during business hours only 8:00 am-5:30 pm Monday - Saturday.

Babies & Toddlers

The main focus of this age group is getting a plan in place to teach your child the skills to sleep through the night and start taking long consistent naps during the day. We do this by learning about sleep and why it is so essential for developing young minds, by creating a customized plan that you feel comfortable with, and by working as a team to support your baby or toddler to Get Sleepy With It.

- Follow up email are to be used between calls as a quick check in. Only one email response will be sent during business hours 8am-500 pm Monday-Saturday.
- Voxer is a free walkie talkie app that lets users send voice messages instead of typing lengthy emails. Voxer responses will be sent during business hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Saturday and is only available with the Standard and Biggie packages.
- Sleep log analysis. I will ask you to fill out a sleep log every morning on a shared Google Docs Sheet before any check-in for me to analyze. This lets me view what has been happening during the night and at nap time, so we can make any adjustments necessary. I check logs daily at 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
- Extended support hours. During the first night of the sleep plan, you will have the added benefit of email support until 8:00 pm. Only available for Biggie packages.

The main focus of this age group is getting your child the sleep they need by teaching them healthy sleep habits. We do this by addressing sleep challenges and creating a customized easy to follow sleep plan. We will work together closely to find what will work best for your child’s unique sleep needs.

All Ages
This package is for families with twins, triplets, or quadruplets. Children must be still sleeping in cribs. An additional charge will apply if the children are not within those parameters.
Working with families with multiples offers new and unique challenges for any sleep consultant, but the result is so rewarding. Working together, we will set and maintain independent sleep by creating a plan that will address each child’s unique needs individually.

Full Night In-Home Support: Do you feel like you are going to struggle with the first night? I am available to come help. I will come to your home one hour prior to bedtime to help you with the bedtime routine and night waking. After we get your baby to sleep, I will take the monitor while you go to bed. I will then only come to get you only as needed. This add-on is available to residents of the Lower Mainland only, pending COVID 19 restrictions.

Half Night In-Home Support: Do you feel like the first night is going to be a struggle? I’m here to help! I will come to your home and support you through the new bedtime routine and the initial bedtime plan. Before I go, I will fully talk you through what to do with night wakings. This add-on is available to residents of the Lower Mainland only, pending COVID 19 restrictions.
